Refund policy

Every product sold on Cr4fty Home is made by its manufacturer, and all returns, refunds and exchanges are handled directly by that manufacturer under its own terms. Today, every product in our store is a Red Crown product made by Boyer Corporation, so all return and refund requests go to Boyer.

How to request a return or refund

Please include your Cr4fty Home order number, the product and size, the reason for your request, and photos if anything arrived damaged.

Boyer's return terms

Returns are governed by Boyer Corporation's Terms and Conditions of Sale. As of September 2026, those terms say:

  • Hazardous materials cannot be returned once delivered. This includes lye (sodium hydroxide), caustic products such as potassium hydroxide, drain cleaners and acids.
  • Opened or used products, products not in their original packaging, and special orders cannot be returned.
  • All other returns need Boyer's written approval first (a return authorization, or RMA, number) and must be unopened, in the original packaging and resalable.
  • Approved returns have a restocking fee: 20% within 30 days of the invoice date, and 30% from 31 to 60 days. No returns are accepted after 60 days.
  • Damaged or defective products must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Shortages must be reported in writing within 3 business days, with photos. Boyer will replace or credit defective products.

Because most of our products cannot be returned, please double check the product, grade and case size before you place your order. Have a question? Email support@cr4ftyhome.com before you buy and we'll help you choose.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel for free before your order ships. Email support@cr4ftyhome.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can only be returned under the manufacturer's terms above.

Refunds

If a return or refund is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card company may take several business days to post it.
