I just placed an order — when will it ship?
Orders are fulfilled by Boyer Corporation and ship via UPS Ground. Orders placed before Thursday at noon (CST) typically ship the same week. Orders placed after Thursday noon may ship the following week. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.

How long does shipping take?
We ship via UPS Ground to the 48 contiguous United States. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally?
At this time, we ship only to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally.

Who fulfills and ships my order?
Red Crown products are fulfilled and shipped by Boyer Corporation on behalf of Cr4fty Home. You may see Boyer Corporation on your shipping label or packing materials — this is expected and your order is on its way!

I'm not happy with my order — can it be returned?
All Red Crown product orders (lye, drain openers, oils, etc.) are subject to Boyer Corporation's Terms and Conditions. Please contact Boyer Corporation directly for return inquiries on these items.

For all other items, we offer a 30-day return policy. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To start a return, email us at cr4ftyhome@gmail.com.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at cr4ftyhome@gmail.com with a photo and your order number so we can make it right.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order before it ships with no penalty. Once shipped, please use our return process. To cancel, email cr4ftyhome@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number.

I entered an incorrect shipping address — what do I do?
Reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at cr4ftyhome@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We can correct the address if the order has not yet shipped. No changes can be made after 24 hours.
